The Hoosier Golf Outing

    With a Bronze Level sponsorship, you receive:

    (1) Organization promotion on a specific hole. 18” x 24” - Single-Sided Yard Sign (The event staff determines the location.)

    By sponsoring a hole at the upcoming Hoosier CCR Scramble, you can showcase your brand or message to a captive audience of golfers and event attendees. Your company or personal name will be displayed prominently on a sign or banner at the sponsored hole, providing high visibility and awareness for your brand or message. You can also include additional information, such as a slogan, contact information, or a message of support for the event or the cause it supports.

    In addition to brand exposure, sponsoring a hole is an excellent way to give back to the community and support colon cancer research. All funds raised from the event go towards funding research to improve the treatment and detection of colon cancer. By sponsoring a hole, you will make a tangible difference in the fight against this deadly disease.

    With a Silver Level sponsorship, you receive:

    With a Gold Level sponsorship, you receive:

    Choose one:

    Longest Drive - (1) Organization promotion on Longest Drive Hole. 18” x 24” - Single-Sided Yard Sign

    Each time someone drives close to the hole the player moves your sign over the marked location and writes their name on the sign.

    Putting Competition - (1) Organization promotion on the putting area. 18” x 24” - Single-Sided Yard Sign

    (3) Unique Location markers (provided by you).

    Each participant will attempt to sink three long putts from a designated putting green. The putts will be made from a distance determined by the competition organizers, and participants may use their own putter or a provided putter. The participant who successfully sinks the most putts out of the three attempts wins the competition.

    All participants must follow the rules set forth by the competition organizers and any applicable rules of golf. Putts must be made from the designated starting location for each hole, and participants may not move the ball or touch it with their hands or any other object except for a putter. If a ball leaves the putting surface, it must be replaced at the point where it left the surface. In the event of a tie, a playoff or sudden-death round may be used to determine the winner.

    Closest to the Pin- (1) Organization promotion on the chipping area. 18” x 24” - Single-Sided Yard Sign

    Each participant will have one attempt to hit their ball as close as possible to a designated pin on the golf course. The competition organizers will determine the shot's distance, and participants may use any club they choose. The participant whose ball lands closest to the pin wins the competition.

    All participants must follow the rules set forth by the competition organizers and any applicable rules of golf. Shots must be made from the designated starting location for each hole, and participants may not move the ball or touch it with their hands or any other object except for their clubs. If a ball leaves the course or is deemed unplayable, the participant may take a drop and continue their shot from the nearest playable location.

    In a tie, a playoff or sudden-death round may determine the winner.

  • $1000

    With a Platinum Level sponsorship, you receive:

    (1) Organization promotion on a specific hole. 18” x 24” - Single-Sided Yard Sign (The event staff determines the location. )

    (1) Organization promotion in Staging Area/Putting Green/First Tee

    (1) Organization promotion at the check-in Station

    (1) Inclusion of organization logo on event advertisement and banners. (Collaboration and specifics will be determined after meeting with a marketing director.)
