3rd Annual Hoosier CCR Scramble – Play for a Purpose

Mark your calendar for Saturday, August 30, 2025, and join us at Cascades Golf Course in Bloomington, Indiana, for the 3rd Annual Hoosier CCR Scramble. This isn’t just another golf outing—it’s a chance to come together, have some fun, and make a real difference in the fight against colon cancer.

Event Details

Where: Cascades Golf Course, Bloomington, IN
When: Saturday, August 30, 2025
Format: Scramble
Cost: $100 per player | $400 per team (includes greens fees, cart, and lunch)

Why It Matters

In 2024, thanks to the incredible support of our golfers and sponsors, the Franzen Colon Cancer Research Fund donated $27,000 to the UH Seidman Cancer Center, helping fund research for Signet Ring Cell Colon Cancer—a rare and aggressive form of the disease. Every dollar raised brings us closer to better treatments and, ultimately, a cure.

A Special Thanks to Our Sponsors

Last year’s event wouldn’t have been possible without the support of our Platinum Sponsors: Morgenstern Bookstore, Chad's Repair and Service, Valvoline, and Vanhorn Tint and Accessories. Their generosity keeps this outing going strong, and we’re grateful for their continued commitment.

How to Get Involved

  • Sign up your team today at Franzenccrfund.org

  • Become a sponsor and help us grow this event

  • Join us for a great day of golf, community, and fundraising

Whether you’ve played with us before or this is your first year, we’d love to have you on the course. Let’s make 2025 the biggest year yet—register now and help us take another step toward ending colon cancer.
